• Blackwell is the flagship community for the Oklahoma Rural Economic Development Initiative – outstanding utility capacity in water, electricity and natural gas.
• Railroad service through the Blackwell Industrial Authority links Blackwell with the BNSF and Union Pacific rail systems.  Rail service is provided by the Blackwell Northern Gateway Railroad.

• The BIA has the resources, existing properties and business incentives to meet your needs. Blackwell has the ability to make available an existing complete facility; a partial existing facility in combination with expansion proposal; or a complete build-to-suit.

The BIA is a public trust of the State of Oklahoma, indentured and created to serve the economic development program for the City of Blackwell. The Blackwell Industrial Authority has a working staff of professionals to assist you in considering new sites, expansions and transitions.
